Dal Making Machine
1 to 5 horse power motor runs on single phase / three phase.
Removes the skin of all pulses, gram, moong, moth, lentils, urad and cuts them into two pieces.
Achievement of pure pulses 85% to 90%
Broken pulses only 1% to 2%
Production per hour 100 to 1000 kg
It also grinds all types of spices (turmeric, coriander, chili, hot spices and herbs).
10x15 feet space is required to run the machine.
On running the machine the following are obtained separately in sacks or containers by automatic arrangement
1. Peeled 2. Broken lentils 3 Pure lentils (peeled and cut into two pieces) 4 Unpeeled lentils
Lentils have a natural shine. There is no need to polish the color.

Market rate-Chana dal (prepared): Rs 55-65 a kg
IT means 15 to 25 Rs. Net. profit per Kg.
